Upon arrival at Tan Son Nhat international airport, our tour guide & driver will welcome you & transfer you to the city center for city tour (Arrival flight in the morning).

We will visit Reunification Palace, Vietnam War Remnants Museum, Central Mosque or Lam Son Mosque or other Muslim Mosques in Saigon, The Hundred Years Red Cathedral (Notre Dame Cathedral), The Old Post Office and The People’s Committee Hall.

If time permits, you can go shopping at Ben Thanh market. Check in the hotel, have Halal dinner & Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.

08:00AM: Our tour guide and driver will pick you up at your hotel Ho Chi Minh City and depart for Tay Ninh. Upon arrival, we attend the fantastic mid-day temple service when the followers fill the hall wearing colored robes, a symbol of the curious combination of Confucianism, Taoism and Buddhism.

We drive to Cu Chi tunnels. Have lunch at a Halal restaurant before visiting Cu Chi tunnels. Another name of Cu Chi is “Steel land”. It’s where the army troops of the VC (Viet Cong) concealed themselves during the Vietnam war. The tunnel systems were created by local people over a period of years.

This huge construction was a habitation for villagers in the war time. With 3 levels of depth, it was never discovered by the US during the war despite its proximity to Saigon. Visit the fighting tunnel system with your local guide.

If you are that way inclined, you can purchase ammunition and fire a weapon of the war on the rifle range.

After visiting the tunnels, we drive back to Ho Chi Minh City. Overnight in Saigon.

08:00AM: After breakfast, our tour guide and driver will pick you up at the hotel and depart for My Tho. We are heading out of town, we travel by road to My Tho, a capital of Tien Giang Province which is an island port in the Mekong River Delta which is 2hours drive from Ho Chi Minh city. On the way, we stop to visit beautiful Vinh Trang Pagoda.

Upon arrival at My Tho, we cruise a long day by boat along the Upper River (Mekong Delta) through a region where there are 4 islands with the names of fabulous animals found in Buddhism (Dragon–Unicorn– Phoenix–Turtle), looking over the floating houses and feed fish farms along Mekong River, visiting and seeing some activities of Vietnamese daily life to understand about the life depends on the river Mekong. (handicrafts, souvenirs make from coco wood, candies make from coconut or banana…those are all the special products of local people in Ben Tre).

At another stop-Bee keeping Farm, we learn how to collect natural honey all kind of Pollen-Nectar from tropical fruit gardens. Taste some tea with honey mixture you will feel strong and pleasant. We continue to Dragon Island by rowing boat through the natural canals with water coconut trees on two banks of river (sampan ride in palm shading creeks – hand rowing boat)). We get on land and walk in tropical orchard, taste some tropical fruits and enjoy traditional music with local people (if available). We drive back to Ho Chi Minh city. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.
